The "Blessing Kit": A practical, simple way to love your Afghan & Muslim neighbor at Ramadan
Approximately 100,000 Afghan refugees have left the familiarity of their homes, businesses, friends and are making their life among us. Scores of Christ-followers are seeking ways to help and bless Afghans that make sense to them. As many Afghan refugees are Muslim, the month of Ramadan is the perfect time to communicate friendship and care.
We envision thousands of Christians creating simple “blessing kits” to be personally given to their Muslim neighbors (refugees or not).
The kit would be used to break their daily fast during Ramadan. We'll guide you through the entire process. The cost can be as little a $2 – and the relationship-building is priceless.
